Do you travel outside Oakdale?

I do! Oakdale's my home base, and I also cover Riverbank, Modesto, Knights Ferry, and the surrounding towns. A small distance-based travel fee applies on every in-person visit — yes, even right here in Oakdale — see "What's the travel fee?" below for the specifics. Or skip the fee entirely with remote/phone support, available anywhere.

What's the travel fee?

In-person visits include a small fee that scales with how far the trip is — generally in the $15–$45+ range, depending on distance from my home base in East Oakdale, and I'll always confirm the exact number before we lock in a visit. Want to skip it entirely? Remote/phone support has no travel charge at all, no matter where you're located.

How fast can you actually get to me?

If my schedule is open, I can likely schedule you same day and within a couple of hours. Keep in mind that travel time will vary from my home-base in Oakdale.

What if you can't fix it?

I'll always be upfront the moment I think something's outside what I can fix — sometimes that's clear from the first call, sometimes only after I've taken a look. You're only charged for the time I actually spend with you, at my standard rate. If I can't resolve the issue, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what kind of help you actually need.

Can you maintain a site someone else built?

Very likely yes. An initial call can determine your needs and how your website is currently setup. I'll be honest about what I can or cannot do with your pre-existing site. I specialize in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Python, but have worked across a variety of languages including Golang and PHP.

Do you accept card / Zelle / Venmo?

I accept exact cash and Zelle with no extra fee. I also accept credit cards via tap-to-pay through Venmo, for a $5 processing fee.
